Dating and source limits

The brochure bears a 1927 copyright notice. Its exact first-publication date has not been independently established. The appended price sheet is explicitly effective January 1, 1928. The original outer back cover and the price sheet's reverse are not separately shown in the scan; no missing pages have been invented.

About the reproduction

This is a scan-based facsimile. Fine lettering is soft, and original paper discoloration, marks and tonal variation remain. Source images provide approximately 158–178 pixels per inch in this layout, below modern high-resolution print standards. A later note at the bottom of source page 5 and the U.S.A. footer on source page 19 are partly clipped in the source. Text and illustrations have not been reconstructed or artificially sharpened.
