Heat soak is the enemy of a happy carb—especially with today’s fuel. This 1/4" phenolic carburetor spacer installs between the intake manifold and carburetor to dramatically reduce heat transfer into the carb body and fuel bowls.

By isolating the carb from manifold heat, the spacer helps keep fuel cooler during hot operation and after shutdown—reducing fuel percolation, vapor lock, and hard hot-start issues that are common on traditional flathead and early OHV setups. It’s a simple, proven solution that keeps your engine running more consistently in real-world driving.
